Whether mounted alongside your favorite reading chair, or flanking your headboard in the master bedroom, you'll find this hardworking and handsome 1-Light Swing Arm Sconce combines function with style. Wall mount this matte black beauty in one of three ways, hard wired (comes with 12' of wire), with the optional power plug (included) or with the plug and 1' of color coordinated cable cover. On the business end you'll find that the soft gold finish on the inside of the shade throws a warm, romantic glow over your space. To control the lamp (bulb not included, 25-watt standard medium base socket, LED recommended) you gently twist the control knob at the top of the shade for full dimming control. The placement of the control knob means you won't have to reach back to the backplate to turn it on or off - super convenient! RETURN POLICY

Parc Lighting Return Policy

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, the Parc Lighting team is here to help! Depending on the circumstance, you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Canceled Orders

Orders cancelled may be subject to a 20% handling fee. If an order is cancelled after shipment, or if delivery is refused at destination, customer will be responsible for the entire purchase price of products including freight charges.

Defective or Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. You must report damages to us within 14 days of receiving the shipment.  We will issue a return label for the damaged merchandise or send you the appropriate replacement parts. If you choose not to accept the replacement parts, you will be subject to a restocking fee and all shipping expenses we incurred for the order

 

Any Other Returns

Anything other than the above is covered under this policy.

Any orders with 6 or more products are non-returnable. 

We will accept the return of lanterns that are in the original packaging, including any protective materials the lantern was shipped in and all its original parts. The lanterns may not have been installed. No returns are allowed for lanterns that have been installed.  

You will be responsible for the original cost of shipping we paid on your behalf, and for the return shipping as well. If you do not place an order for new lanterns, a restocking fee will also apply. We may waive the restocking fee if you are ordering replacement lanterns as long as the lanterns are in the original packaging.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Lanterns that have been customized by the customer after receiving them. 
  • Any custom lanterns and accessories or mountings. This also included painted finishes. (Matte Black, Oiled Rubbed Bronze, Graphite, Silver, and Clear Coat)

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us by email or phone.
  2. We will send you a shipping label to complete the return.
  3. You will need to begin the return process within 14 days of receiving the shipping label. 

Additional Information:

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to complete.
  • Lost items or return items that are damaged on arrival may be denied a refund.
  • Parc Lighting is not responsible for the installation or removal of any products. This includes any manufacturing defects.
